Up Information about Merle and Patricia Graffam

Merle H. Graffam has been a grocery clerk, movie projectionist, printer's devil, commercial artist, copy writer, archaeological illustrator, and is presently a Park Ranger for the Bureau of Land Management. He has also excavated dinosaurs and marine reptiles for the Museum of Northern Arizona in Flagstaff, and is the discoverer of a rare dinosaur called a Therizinosaur, only the second to be found in the Western Hemisphere. In 2004 he published his first book of poems entitled, Cynic Overlook.

Patricia Graffam recently retired from a two-decade career as an elementary school teacher in Southern Utah. She also taught high school art, and is the mother of seven very accomplished children. She has most recently found the time to get back to watercolor painting.
